Business Plan Library Registration - UNDER CONSTRUCTIONCreating an Illinois Business and Investors Business Library Account is easy.
If you are an Accredited Investor please use the three Investor Navigational Buttons listed at the top of the left pane.
If you are an Entrepreneur please use the three Entrepreneur Navigational Buttons listed at the bottom of the left pane.
Business Library Terms and Conditions
Step 1. Click the appropriate Navigational Button to open either the Investor or Enrepreneur Waiver Form.
Step 2. Please read the Waiver Form.
Accept the Business Library Terms and Conditions
Step 3. Click the appropriate Registration Button to Register for and Accept the Terms and Conditions for using the Business Library.
Step 4. Fill in the Registration Page and submit the form to the Illinois Business and Investors Forum.
Step 5. By submitting the form you agree to the Terms and Conditions governing the fees and usage of the Business Library.
Investor Payment
Step 6. If you registered as an Accredited Investor please click on the Investor Payment Button and follow the directions.
Entrepreneur Payment
Step 7. If you registered as an Entrepreneur please click on the Entrepreneur Payment Button and follow the directions.
