A new year marks new opportunities and a new Forum. Our next Forum will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2010. For your convenience, we will have several venues that you can attend including: Downtown Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; Rockford, IL; Madison, WI; and two new venues in Minnesota including- Duluth and Minneapolis. Moderating our three investment presentations will be Midwest Venture Partners' Managing Partner, Tom Churchwell. A name synonymous with seed- and early-stage investments, Tom's perspective on deals is as enlightening as it is engaging. We will also be joined by Ted Feierstein with First Analysis Securities Corporation. Ted is a senior vice president in the corporate finance group. Ted will be sharing some thoughts, outlook and perspective on 2010. Finally, we are also planning to have an update on a previous presentation on the Angel Investment Tax Credit.
